We offer units with year-round climate control. In the Willamette Valley, we do not have the extreme temperature ranges experienced in other parts of the country but your belongings still deserve moderate temperatures and humidity control, year round.

Our true Climate Control units have automatic heat, cool and de-humidify settings important to books, papers, antiques, fabrics, and collectibles of all types. If this is important to you, please let us know so we offer one of our Climate Control units.
